Idavon Music is all about making great- sounding, truth- filled music.

Matthew A. Thomas is the owner and founder of Idavon Music.

Matthew began producing music at 13 years old and playing piano at 15. He has since made it his passion to continue forward producing, composing, and playing music in a skillful way.

Through the years he has become known as a prolific jazz pianist.

Matthew was raised in gospel, trained in jazz, and cultured in hip- hop - meaning he very naturally blends these flavors into his work, opening the way for expansive musical capabilities.

Whether through music production or live performances, Matthew has been fortunate to work with many incredible artists on some amazing projects. See his production discography here.

As an artist, Matthew has released four contemporary jazz albums: Melodensity (2019), Clothes & Right Minds (2021), A New December (2022), and Joyage (2024).

In addition to piano and production work, Matthew serves as Minister of Music at Community Fellowship Church, a role he has enjoyed since 2011 where he began by serving alongside his late father, Bishop Dr. Stephen A. Thomas.

At our core, Idavon Music is both: 1) a music production company providing production and recording services to artists and projects spanning numerous genres and 2) an independent record label representing the works of Matthew A. Thomas and our newest artists, The Suttles Family Legacy.
